Ripoff false advertising poor service

Failed to respond regarding damaged merchandise after contacting shipping agent of merchandise on several occasions, including return receipt requested letter.

Once website was tracked and we were able to speak to a company represented we were treated rudely (hung up on on, etc.) Were told there was nothing they could do since it was past the 30-day guarantee period. No mention of 30-day guarantee in e-mail advertisement. No recourse.
