Terrible management of customer expectations; I was quoted approximately two weeks (max) for collision repairs, which turned into over a month. The updates given were not timely and with each update on progress over promised and under delivered. Message left with collision department staff, with a promised call back from management to discuss the longer than expected repair time, however no such call back was received.
