Horrible experience with service provider of TATA MOTORS

M/S Chambal Motors (P) Ltd an authorised service provider of TATA Motors at Kota.

The service experinece with authorised service provider is horrible. M/S Chambal Motors is establised with a high degree of negligances, in compency and harresment to the customer.in my opinion they provide their services under policy " TATA Makes Chambal Breaks".

Overall customer satisfaction level is very poor, but fear to complaint because they donot have an alternate to get there car serviced. Further TATA Motors has very little or no controls on Chambal Motors (P) Ltd.

In my opinion TATA Motors should immediately teminate & appoint a qualified instituion.
