Private Security Tandem Guard And Patrol Defrauds Clients, Violates BSIS, Unecessary Force, Unlicensed Guards, Doesn't pay Payroll or Taxes Stay Away! Riverside

Stay away from this company if you are a potential client and/or employee. If you search public records you will find proof of what I speak of. Their License has been restricted to merely observe and report at this time by the State of California, but then I wonder if the State realizes that every time they pull this companies right to do business in our state that they go out and form another DBA and/or Inc. But it has been and continues to be one and the same. They have judgments against them for use of unnecessary force, battery, personal property damages, unlawful detention etc. Pending litigation for unlicensed guards etc. This has been going on for years and when shut down they just change the name. They don't pay their Payroll, Payroll Taxes of Employee Benefits, The Payroll checks they issue employees are often late and are returned by the Bank of America as NSF. They literally convert the employees contribution to Payroll Taxes over for their own use and benefits. They pay overtime in cash so they DO NOT have to pay Time and a Half, The Employees have to chase their check from one Location to another only to take said check to the bank and it not be honored. They shred and fail to maintain documentation on all security guards in their employ for the mandatory Five (5) year period. They almost always short their employees hours on the payroll checks (when they are using a payroll system). When they are shut down and are in the process of trying to secure a new name and/or business status to operate under they pay their employees in cash to avoid having the state 1) know they are still continuing to operate and 2) avoid taxes. When employees have gone to file for unemployments benefits they are often informed that there is no record with the state of them having ever worked for Tandem aka aka dba dba. They give and charge their security guards a fee of $25.00 every two (2) weeks to take unnecessary classes that they are not licensed and/or authorized to give. The list goes on and on and on. Although their address on file is 12188 Central Avenue Suite 145, Chino, California 91710, this is a joke and a lame attempt to divert authorities seeking records and Process Servers seeking to serve the principals and agents. How many complaints does our State have to receive in order for them to step in once and for all hold these two scam artists Rocky L. Hamodey Sr. And Rocky Hamodey Jr. Once and for all accountable on both a State and Federal Level? How many people have to be defrauded, lied to, stolen from, injured etc... Before once and for all this company is shut down! RUN Don't Walk when you consider Tandem Private Security as either a Service Provider and/or employment.
