After ripping two holes in my engine and cover it up with goo still won't admit wrong

About a year ago, I took in my 89Jeep Wrangler for bolt extraction from the head of the engine. The bolt holeshad become corroded over the life of the Jeep and the thermostat housing wouldno longer bolt onto the head correctly. At first diagnosis, the shop managerassured me that Hank would be able to get the job done. I told him that if itwas not possible to get the job done without damaging the head, then pleasecall me to let me know prior to continuing with the work. I received my Jeepback the next day working with the thermostat and housing reattached. I paid$300 for this service. The Jeep ran fine until it startedto over-heat in the summer of 2010. I look under the hood to find coolantgushing out through the thermostat housing and a bolt from the housing hadfallen out. The thermostat housing was literally hanging by a thread onto thehead of the engine.
