Service Tried to Rip Me Off!

Brought in my 2008 Forenza for service. Had an extended warranty. Before they even look at the car they wanted a hundred dollars. The A/c wasn't blowing cold air. Turns out the car was overheating. Was told there was a crack in the thermostat housing, they o2 sensor was bad and some other items totaling over 800 dollars even with the warranty. Got the car home, took a look at the thermostat housing and found no crack. Purchased a new hose for 10 bucks and installed it. This took care of the problem, there was no crack. The o2 sensor did not need replacing because the check engine light went off and the car has been running fine ever since with ice cold air. I emailed the service manager, left him messages that were all ignored. What a rip off, stay clear of this place!!
