Head gasket claim denied on Jeep despite standard engine coverage

Bought a jeep from well known dealer in town. Jeep came with a 2 year coverage on Engine, Transmission, Drive Axle (S), Transfer Case, Steering. Had jeep for 4 days! Heater Quit working (10 degrees outside) Called dealer they said no problem, bring it in and we will look at it. Found out the head gasket was blown, and head was cracked.
Call Superior Protection to make a Claim, said it was not covered, dealer wants $1,273.87 for the repair. In there Standard Coverage under engine it clearly states"Engine Block and Cylinder Heads are covered when damage due to a failure of an internally lubricated part. All internal Lubricated Parts, harmonic balancer, turbocharger, supercharger, timing gear, chain and bolt, HEAD GASKET, timing cover timing belt intake and exhaust manifolds, valve cover, oil pan and engine mounts. So I guess the head gasket failed due to cold weather??? NOT had to be from the head being cracked NOT from the head gasket. What a bunch of BULL S*T.
I had my jeep for four days. Bought it in Feb. Still don't have it back made two payments on it while it sits at the dealer. Paid over $ 1,400.00 for a warranty on this and got nothing to show for it. F* plan...
