I ordered two tailgate struts and a hood strut for my vehicle and was pleased when the box arrived

Within two days. The tailgate struts arrived but there was no hood strut in the box. I emailed them and let them know the nature of my concern. There was no response. Twice this last week I called and was unable to get through but was able to leave two messages. They did not call back. It appears to me that they need to hire more people and train the ones they have hired to respond to email and voicemail. It's too bad because their prices are competitive and the products are exceptional.
