After visiting the Auto Parts Warehouse website I decided I would order a part from them. It was a pair of struts for the tailgate of my SUV. On the website it states "for entire tailgate" I even chatted with a representativethat stated it was a pair.

When I received the shipment it included only one strut. I contacted them and "Jake" said it was a short shipment and he would get it pocessed. He even gave me a claim number.

2 weeks later still nothing. I contacted them again and when I spoke to a Supervisor, she said that the website was wrong and I got what I ordered. After going back and forth and being placed on hold for a total of 35 minutes, I told her I just wanted to send it back without the restocking fee. She said "O.K. Hold on." When she came back on she said she would process the return but WITH the rstocking fee. I asked why and she said it was "Customer error."

I of course disagreed and requested to speak to someone else. She said "Why, they'll tell you the same thing." She then placed me on hold and after 10 minutes I was disconnected.

I called again only to be told to call back Wednesday. They were too busy to help me then. So now I'm stuck with half the parts at twice the price.

All I want is my money back.

Buyer beware. This company has no integrity or Customer Service. Do not trust them with your money.

P.S. When you call their Customer Service line, it is backed up with calls. The last time I called there was a "26 caller wait."
