Odometer scam/mileage overcharge

I hired a Budget vehicle and had a myriad of issues - was hired a truck with rustic, hazardous wheels that blew a tire when I was leaving area. Roadside assistance was horrible, required 3 hours to obtain a tire transformed in the centre of Dallas! Delivered the truck the following day since the rise brakes were not working and was acknowledged the rental cost and provided an additional time. From the period I acquired to my location that was 750 miles apart, the odometer read I'd visited 940 kilometers! Complete rest, they're hiring faulty gear to obtain additional usage costs or are actively rigging them to create more. I told the return workplace plus they did not care.in cracked language they explained "consider eet up humor corpoorate, weee are indeependent organization only. Not our probleem." Called customer support having a comprehensive e-mail, no reaction. Tried calling the 800-number and nobody responded. What type of organization does not have a 24-hour quantity? I'll NEVER hire a Budget vehicle again to try and save some cash. Not worthwhile!!!
