I hired a 24' Budget moving vehicle at 2:00 P.M. From AAA Truck Rental on Emporia St., Englewood. Customer support was horrible - no substantial alignment towards the vehicle or even the vehicle provider. Went away and 10 minutes later unearthed that it'd no AC for my four-day journey across nation. I called back instantly by 2:30 PLUS THEY WERE CLOSED CURRENTLY WITHOUT ANY ANSWERING SERVICE

The following day I came across a location to repair the AC making me four hours behind plan and saturated in disappointment.

Then three days later I'd a set tire on I 70 in Pennsylvania. To create a lengthy history small, we were ON-HOLD for OVER ONE HOUR with Budgetis "customer support. We lay about the freeway from 5:00 P.M. Until aid ultimately reached 10:30 P.M.! We ultimately were on our method at 11:30 P.M. - SIX 5 HOURS LATER

Budgetis customer support is worse than none.
