Poor Roadside Assistance

Hired a vehicle in Riverside, CA on 6/24/10; delivered 6/27/10 to Walnut Creek, CA. Vehicle had a set tire on inside individual back tire about 7:30 pm on Sunday; we'd quit Riverside @ 2 pm. We were about one hour beyond Bakersfield on Interstate 5. Stuck on the very desperate offramp. Roadside Assistance stated it'd be 90 minutes before aid came. At 10 pm we again named Roadside Assistance and was educated the seller hadn't approached them by having an Estimated Period of Appearance. Therefore Roadside Assistance recommended we proceed the closest resort (after I question them if Budget could be spending money on this I had been informed to remain where we were plus they might send another vehicle). After another half an hour; we chose to limp along the highway; we went 100 miles @ 30 miles-per time; we reached our location at 2 am.in attempting to perform anything out with plan for our horrible experience; probably the most they'd provide was a 35% reimbursement of our $240. Their Customer Support and Roadside Assistance was TERRIBLE. We shall never hire from their store AGAIN and motivate others to not.
