We hired a vehicle with truck one way from Columbus, Hamilton road area (whitehall) to begin with Sean the supervisor was speaking on telephone while finishing my deal worrying that somebody let a more recent vehicle get hired on his day-off which was one of the ways. Therefore every other phrases rent-to crap for just one way people. That will be what I acquired. There is no to assist us connect truck for pull we'd to obtain asst on telephone. Once on the highway we'd a gradual trickle on truck back tire. We settled 20 to obtain that mounted. Then other side blew out. Waited nearly three hours for street asst. A maximum of 150 miles visited when minute setback how on truck. It was another 2 hr delay. Whenever we eventually got to fla i called cust serv plus they stated they'd return 30% of truck rental NEVER DID THAT Possibly. And of course aged vehicle had poor wheels and was extremenly filthy!!! Don't rent from these people everywhere!!! Uhaul or anyone esle it's not worth budget... Right
