Budget Car and Truck Rental
Unauthorized billing

Business & Finance

On September 2 my child and that I hired a Budget Rental Vehicle. We taken care of two motorists, along with a 'zero responsibility' insurance, must any harm happen towards the vehicle.in the vehicle rental ton, my child, who had been driving the vehicle adopted me towards the Nashville Airport to come back a rental-car that I had been operating.injury occurred towards the expense of the vehicle in this visit to the airport. We instantly delivered the vehicle to Budget Truck Rental. No alternative vehicle was supplied, or were we repaid for that vehicle rental expenses.

Consequently, we obtained a statement within the quantity of $4,410.45. This statement involved costs for utilization of the vehicle for seven days and two distinct listings of components. We'd previously taken care of 3 times utilization of the vehicle, which doesn't seem to have now been taken into account. This statement is crazy, because of the truth that the broker who hired us the truck stated the insurance might protect any harm to the vehicle. On returning the vehicle, he explained the over head harm wasn't contained in the insurance.

I'd just like to understand when there is a-class action suit against Budget Rental vans for conditions such as this. When there is, then I'd prefer to participate in that class action suit.
