Arizona Auto's Direct
Sold a vehicle witha leaking fuel tank and failed to perform any pre-sale maintenance prior to delivery

Cars & Transport

On 10/6/10 I purchased an 08 Infiniti G35 from Brian Pashia with Arizona Auto's Direct. Upon delivery, the vehicle appeared fine. After inspecting under the hood I found it odd the battery cover was laying carelessly on top of the motor instead of being secured on top of the battery; this caused concern. I took the vehicle to a certified Infiniti mechanic. Upon closer inspection it was discovered that the fuel tank had been punctured causing a fuel leak. The damage totaled $1,250.in addition to this major safety hazard, there was no coolant in the reservoir; a nearly dead battery (reading said FAILS TO MEET INDUSTRY STANDARDS); filthy air filters; a loose e-brake cable; wiper inserts needing replacement. The most urgent repair was the fuel tank. All of these things are usually discovered during pre-sale inspection.

The mechanic stated the damage most likely came from an improper lift of the vehicle.
