Taking car tittle and run

This comaney bought the rights to my car tittle while i was under a capter 13 case. I have now payed it off but thay will not send the tittle. This car was wrecked and thay have to have the tittle in order to pay me the vaule of the car. No tittle no many. My lawyer has wrote them and still no tittle. This company got a order from the courts to hold my tittle but after the courts pay them thay dont want to give me the tittle.
