This is more of the same! Individual calls and says he has a buyer for your timeshare. He asks if you are interested in selling and even gives a good price.
They send info by email on how the closing will work using fedex, but the kicker is they want 300. Up front to pay for a tittle search. Once they have your money, they are done with you!
