Harassing Calls and Title Not Received After Loan Payoff

Hello, I'm writing to report the abuse I received from Consumer Portfolio. I was sent to them from fireside because they went outta business. I was a year early on my loan agreement and they treated me as if I was a low life not paying my bills. They would call me 12 times a day and harass me. I would try to talk civilly to them and they would threaten to repo my vehicle and still sue me. If they couldn't reach my home phone they would call my work continually knowing I couldn't receive calls. Don't ask me how they got my work number cause I never gave it to them. It was the worst I have ever dealt with!!! I have paid off my loan and it now has been almost a month and still haven't received my title. I get the run around when I call to see where my title is. They are the rudest company and should be put out of business...
