Tittle Max
Charging to much

We borrowed $2400.00 on our tittle May from Tittle Max, to pay some bills, we have paid them over $4800.00 back and still have over $1000.00 to go, this company is a total rip off, back in October the vechile blew up and I told tittle max that all they said was we still had to pay for it I think not... It would have cost us $3000.00 to fix it. Well needless to say we didnt have the money to fix it. For two months I recieved 2 phone calls a day until I had a enough and changed my number. I recieved a Warning from title max, it was note a letter but a piece of paper stuck in my mail box, which number 1 that is a federal offense they had no right to open my mail box. I called them back and a man told me they wanted the vechile and I told them it was not running, and he said we still wanted I told him that the vechile was not on our land and he threaten me. I told him that if he came up my driveway with a tow truck, I have no trespassing signs on my land I would call the police, he told me he would bring a gun. Tittle Max is a total rip off. Needless to say he has not been back to my house since I have retained a lawyer to sue Tittle Max and have called my local police tell let them know that this man has threaten me and my family.
