Tittle to Motorcycle

It has been two months still no title. I have called many times, wrote many e-mails. HSBC sent me a letter to inform me I would be getting my tittle ten days from the date the letter was sent out. I waited many weeks called, e-mailed get the same answer it will be there soon. On the letter they wrote to me only has three states listed informing you that if you live in Ohio, Texas or Florida the state or DMV will have your title. Well, it said nothing about Virginia. Thats where I was stationed when I purchased the motorcycle and where my title was sent to. They figured this out months later. Thats after they kept telling me it was in the mail on the was to where I live in Georgia. This is bad! DONT NOT USE HSBC the worst ever!
