Don't know where to go this is not right. On friday janurary 30 i woke up and my 2004 suv was gone, mind you i was 175.42 late on a 500.00 car payment as of this date.

A chase employee (aka rosanlind b @ 1800-346-9670 x10456) that has a problem with me because i was wasn't taken her calls on our previous conversation i was directed to pay 999.00 and was told she was taxiing me $50.00 at that time i only paid 800.00 of my car note and bring her one thousand dollars to her office and she will stop the harrasment and keep my vechile. After she wanted me to pay her off i stop taking her calls. I told my front desk clerk to say im not in and then she went after my wife relentlessly calling and how she knew my wife was a doctor where she get that info i don't know.

So friday morning i called and which i recorded the conversations. How bitter she was and feeling her power and said even if i paid she was not going to give me the suv back. You can hear in her voice very proud that she had one over me. I responed i never knew of a bank to repossess a vechicle for 175.42 and for not taking some on calls.

I asked her in various ways is there anyway we can get by this her response "tell me why should i!" then she says keri star is the one to speak too he the only one to over ride her and very confident that he do what she say. Then i received a call from a block number and its was her she told me to bring her two thousand and she will make like it didn't happen.

This is not a fair game i'm a big man and i don't bully people around like that. She gave a speech i've been doing this for 20 years and that's why they pay me every two weeks... So my thought how many people did she extort before me. We all know chase don't reduce monthly payments or take off the principle even if you pay 2 weeks before due date and you are charged interest every day, thats a known fact thats millions they will have to pay out home and auto loans.

I want my truck back and this person in question should be fired (rosanlind b @ 1800-346-9670 x10456) and investigate all her back work and i don't want repossion on my credit because she misused her power like our old president bush... Shout out the postal employees i feel you... Thank you.
