I received about 20 calls over two years from "Chase Auto Loans" concerning au Chas auo loan to my former wife from whom I have been divorced since 1998. I ahve now filed a class action lawsuit in federal court in Philadelphia against Chase and their collection agenct, Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. (ARM) concernig their repeated phone calls in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and RICO. I would be interested in hearing from others who have received calls regarding Chase auto loans owed by other people, friends, relatives etc. With similar experiences.
