Chase Auto Loans Constant calls for a vehicle I never owned Phone Calls

First let me state that I have never had an auto loan with Chase and I have not had any auto loan for a couple of years.

Back in February of I received a call to contact Chase. I do have a Chase credit card, so I immediately called. The phone number was for Chase Auto.
I spoke with the representative and confirmed that I was not the person they were looking for. The person they were seeking has the same first name as my middle name. The representative assured me that my number would be removed and that I would not be contacted. Wrong!!!
Two weeks later the calls started and continued. I requested not to be contacted as I was not the person they were looking for. I sent a letter to an address I found on the Chase site and e-mailed the Auto Finance group.

It doesn't stop. They call and call. I ignore the calls and I was returning any message they left.

On October 5th, I received a call and once again was told that I would not be contacted. I received another call on October 6th. When I stated that I do not own an Explorer (the vehicle that Chase said they are looking for), the rep. Said, "How do you know it is an Explorer?" I said that you people have been telling me this for months. She again stated that I would no longer be contacted.

On October 26th, I get a message from David (a Chase rep. 888-895-2243 ext. 15503) stating, "It is imperative that you call." I did not receive the message, so I did not return the call.
I
filed a complaint with the NJ AG and FTC last week. Nothing stops these calls. I have offered to give them my drivers license number and informed them that I am a current Chase card holder.
They all say that they will remove my name, but it never ends.
Can anyone help?
