Awful company

Fedex delivered my package today & left a sweet little door tag stating that they attempted to deliver my package, but no one is home so? Either pick it up or re-attempt to deliver tom. Let's rewind, I was taking a shower when i heard the doorbell (oops) i couldn't answer the door... That's when i notice the door tag & called the 800 immediately. Spoke to an associate & a reattempt will happen. Waited for 4 hrs, called FedEX, message of reattempt never processed. WHAT? Spoke to 2 more until the manager. Basically, all that i spoke to lied. Excuse-VILLE!
