Fedex did not deliver package due today - Tracfone wireless

Fedex was to deliver a package to me today. When it wasn't here by 5 o'clock, I had to leave so I called the toll free number and spoke to one of the reps and asked if I could put a signed note on my door for the driver to leave the package. There was no need for a signature, so therefore, she said "yes", so that is what I did. Got home 2 hours later, not package, no door tag, nothing. Now I have to wait another day for my package. I am hoping your driver will be fired for this. The least he could have done was to leave a tag so I knew he came. Isn't that what they are suppose to do? What kind of scam business, low life people are working for this so called company? I'm mad as hell, and want answers!
