Package Due Today Not Delivered and No Door Tag Left

FedEx was to deliver a package to me today. When it was not here by 5 o'clock, I had to leave, so I called the toll free number and spoke to one of the reps and asked if I could put a signed note on my door for the driver to leave the package. There was no need for a signature, so she said "yes," and that is what I did.

I got home 2 hours later: no package, no door tag, nothing. Now I have to wait another day for my package. I am hoping your driver will be fired for this. The least he could have done was to leave a tag so I knew he came. Isn't that what they are supposed to do? What kind of scam business, low life people are working for this so called company? I am furious and want answers!
