I sent my 76-year-old mom, who lives in Oxford, England, a magazine and photos for her birthday on 23 July. They say they cannot deliver it because they need directions. She received a phone call today asking if the address on the package was the same as hers. She confirmed it, and they said they might deliver her package in a couple of days. They messed up her Christmas delivery 7 months ago. What is going on?
