Another delivery late - Satelite speakers for PC (Small)

I purchased some items from amazon.com and FEDEX was supposed to deliver it, 5-8 days. Since November 8th I keep tracking of the package and it shows that it's still in Indianapolis IN, It's evening in NY, 10th days later, Package still in Indiana or tracking is messed up and delivery date is messed up. Who to blame for slow delivery? Sandy that was 3 weeks ago and all I read is because of Sandy? Gimme a break... I make sure next time I Pick UPS, My guy from UPS when, he has something to deliver, he's always at my address 2:30-3pm. That kind of delivery I would like to get from Fedex, not to mention, UPS got only late once and it was only 1 day late from CA not IN
