Regular Scheduled Pickup at Emory Never Showed Up

We have had a regularly scheduled pickup at Emory for years, at 1784 North Decatur Rd. It was for the 5th floor, which was changed to the 3rd floor a few months back. On the day I scheduled a pickup for a package that needed to be delivered the next day, I thought we had a regular driver to pick it up, but no one showed up.

When I called to complain, they told me we do not have a regular scheduled pickup. They also said they would not be able to pick up until late that day and deliver the next day, which makes it even later. There was no concern or willingness to accommodate us or fix the mistake. How is that for customer service?
