Not same day pickup

On their website and throughout the order process HHGregg promises same day pickup. I ordered a TV that is in stock at my local store and received a receipt that said wait for a confirmation before picking up the order. As the day progressed and the confirmation did not arrive, I called the store. They said they can't do anything without the confirmation and that I should call the web support. I did so and they said it will be available on the same day the order is processed and that that is "usually 2 - 24 hours". I have placed in-store pickup orders from many companies and this is the only one that has had a delay like this. For all I know they could take a week to process the order and still call it same day pickup. That is 100% deceptive. That is like promising same day delivery, but it is really only same day in that it is delivered the same day the delivery truck pulls up to your house.
