RIPOFF does not pick up the scheduled pickup package Picks up the package on drop-off location WAY before the posted time

DO NOT use the UPS in the cities of Maspeth or Ridgewood NY unless you want your package to arrive extreemly late.

They have constantly picked up packages several hours prior to the time posted on the UPS mailbox, and when I schedule a pickup, they do not show up. I call the 800 customer service number, and they say that the driver already showed up, which is a lie. This happens over and over again. I have filed numerous complaints for this UPS outlet located in Maspeth NY and nothing changes.

Why did I continue using them you ask? Well, my company has a big account with them, and I have no choice. I'm working with my company to change carriers, but for now, if you can help it, do not use it UPS.
