Fedex - Fedex delivery service terrible!

Dear all, wow I've just googled fedex, and was shocked to see so much hate! I'm not alone then, my friend and myself have been waiting for a very important delivery to be delivered for over 4months... They have sent the goods to the wrong address more than once, then sent it all the way back to its main depo which was 300miles away in London! What the hell are you thinking! Can't you phone? Its gets better, whilst this is all happening (sorry can add more but shall not waste your time) my friend got called by the Swindon branch to pickup his goods, he arrived and showed all relevant documents etc and the manager/staff knew him from before (not the first time he visited swindon to pickup) and he got told, no you cannot pickup the goods... What the HELL! Its not yours! How the heck do they get away with this terrible service and behavior! Who can we report this too! Its absolutely INSANE! 4 months waiting STILL and they are time wasting not even barely trying to get it sent to my friend... How crazy can this get!
