I reserved with hotels.com for my vacation holiday to visit Hawaii. Bundle involved resorts, carrental and roundtrip air for 2 people for September 6th thru September 11th. I obtained an email that I had a need to contact hotels.com since my trip have been ended. And so I named to discover the issue. The very first broker I talked with was really rude and difficult to comprehend. She explained that my confident trip on July 6th was must be transformed to an early on trip compared to currently early trip of 6:15am. And also the trip about the Friday September 11th was having to be transformed which I'd need to abandon 3 hours later in another of my routes which my connecting trip would maintain Nevada in the place of phoenix and my layover would be longer and that I would not be receiving house to around 2am. It wasn't my problem, I reserved and settled through hotels.com. I approved and compensated hotels.com for that bundle. She returned towards the point stating that she if an overnight trip was okay about the 11th or easily might abandon about the 10th. I informed her number it had beennot okay. We didnot need an overnight and we didnot wish to reduce each day on our vacation. Lastly following a whole of nearly 3 hours about the telephone with hotels.com they stated they'd provide me a return. But I'd to send in my own document seats first after which they'd approach reimbursement. That they stated might get 7-10 business days. I am unhappy with just how long it required, the disrespect, and also the reality I've to email in my own document seats and delay nevertheless that really miss my money-back on anything they did wrong.

We approved hotels.com to make use of our charge card to pay for hotels.com for that bundle, not hotels.com and also the airlines.
