Eleven Packages Out of 13 Delivered to Wrong Address

Over the past 12 months, FedEx has been paid to deliver no less than 13 packages to me. Of those 13, 11 have been delivered to the wrong address. Each time, they report an on-time delivery. Some of the packages have never been located. I now refuse to do business with any company that uses FedEx as its courier.

I understand this is partly because they use contractors for the final leg of the delivery, and the quality of those contractors varies greatly from area to area. However, I have friends in Utah, California, and Texas who have reported the same lousy service.
