Auto Payment lost by Wells Fargo FIFTH TIME!

Once again, WF has ruined my evening. I always make my payments on time. And, also, like others that have filed reports on this site, they tried to forceplace insurance when I was already covered and had provided proof. I thank my lucky stars I was able to bypass that nightmare with them.

My problems started with a previous auto loan. I began by mailing in my payments. The payments would not get posted for 2-3 weeks. So, I started stopping by the branches to make payments. Branch lost payment, did not notify me, but admitted that they lost the payment, I had the receipt, but WF charged $10.00 for me to pay by phone so they would not have to charge me a late fee, so started paying online. Can't lose right? Wrong.

New car note: I am making payments online for 5 months. All of the sudden, last month's payment (made on time) is "lost". Get harrassing phone calls. Idiots finally apply the funds correctly. This month, call WF, all is ok to pay online problem straightened out. Payment paid online on 12/27 is lost again! I have been on the phone with these IDIOTS all week! I got another phone call from a B* tonight who threatened me if I hang up on her that the phone calls will get worse.

I faxed my bank statement to them this morning showing the payment that was drafted 2 weeks ago (after making two more phone calls to these IDIOTS!!!) And they are still harrassing me. The last B* I talked to tonight laughed at me because I was STUPID enough to pay online again because they lost the payment last month. Please, any suggestions on who can I file a complaint with that will put these evil IDIOTS in their place? Do we have to put up with this harassment if we're making our payments on time?

I'm ready to stop making payments and tell the A*holes to come get their car. Bad credit could not be as bad as this.
