GM thinks they are doing a great thing by giving major companies and military a GM supplier discount, but in all truth you are not getting a discount.instead Dealerships give you much less for your trade in, so they can make the money up they lost from the sale of the new car. Also they sometimes dealers charge you a higher doc. Fee to make up the loss of a sale. California dealerships are the only state that has a mandated doc. Fee. Dealerships in other states can charge whatever they want. Dealers set these fees as they please raising them if they need to make more money off the sale.
