Wells Fargo Auto Finance
Harrassement keep calling and changing amounts owed. Call 4-6 times daily

My daughter, Esther has an account with Wells Fargo and has been making regular payments. She got hurt on her job and then lost her job. I have made payments for her.

We get phone calls from 3-5 different Wells Fargo offices daily. She is behind for her May 07 payment of $357.57 and they want $1000.00 claiming she is 3 months behind.

She has called back asking them for a written statement showing the break down of this $1000 owed and they hung up on her.

I had talked to somebody there in April when they stated she owed over $1000 and I had made a payment. It took a week for me to get that one straightened out. They admitted they did not have the payments recorded properly and were to have credited the account.

I have read some of the other consumer complaintss and see we are not alone. Does anyone contact Wells Fargo about there 'best business practice'?
