Taking Car payments and adding insurance saying I didn't have insurance ripoff

On the 15th day of July I purchased a 4-cylinder Toyota Tacoma Truck from Saitta Trudeau. I was told I could not drive the vehicle off the lot unless I show proof of insurance. I was insured with Allstate, so I had them fax the information over to Saitta Trudeau. They told me they were financing the truck thru Wells Fargo. I started getting mail from Wells Fargo Auto Finance about one month after I purchased the truck saying they were tacking on $250 extra per month for insurance because I did not have insurance.

I took time off from work to go over to the Wells Fargo Bank and I talked to the sales representative. I told her the problem and gave her my proof of insurance. She called me back the same day and told me she had taken care of the problem. I started getting calls from individuals saying they were from Wells Fargo and or Wells Fargo Auto Finance from 8am to 9pm daily. I usually got 3 to 4 calls a day. The people were extremely insulting and pushy. All of them told me the same thing. I owe the Company Wells Fargo money and if I did not pay they were going to mess my credit up.

Then they started telling me I was behind on my truck payments by as much as $625.00. I went to Wells Fargo Bank (where I usually paid my car payment) and requested a payment history. They said I could not get it from them, I had to call a specific phone number even though I paid them $300 cash money per month on the truck loan. I did finally receive a copy of my payment history. I had made all payments on my truck on time.

For a period of five months I called my insurance company Allstate to have my Agent fax a copy of proof of insurance to Wells Fargo and Van Wagon Insurance. This was done four times over a period of five months. But that had no affect on Wells Fargo Bank, Wells Fargo Auto Finance, or Van Wagon Insurance Co.

Then Wells Fargo and or Wells Fargo Auto Finance started calling my in-laws house and asking for me and my wife one night. One night they woke me at 9:00pm saying they wanted me to pay in 14 days or my credit would be ruined. So my wife and I were so stressed out, we sent letters to Wells Fargo Bank, Wells Fargo Auto Finance, and Wells Fargo resident Agent. They never answered not a one.

Finally, when I got my attorney involved a person called. He identified himself as the Vice President of Wells Fargo Auto Finance. He essentially said were sorry this happened, have a nice day. I told him that I knew they were fraudulently pressuring people to pay bills they didn't owe, because my wife had found a case almost identical to mine at usacomplaints.com. Wells Fargo doing what they do best RIP PEOPLE OFF.

What we are attempting to do is try to get a class action lawsuit on Wells Fargo Bank, Wells Fargo Auto Finance, Van Wagon Insurance and possible saitta trudeau for FRAUD. We cannot believe that these companies are allowed to scam innocent, uniformed consumers and no one is doing anything about it.
