T&Twrecker garbage not being picked up

Our garbage has not been picked up in 3 weeks and the city pays for it. The last two times the driver pulls up looks at it an pulls off. The recycleable guys get theirs. It has been terible these last two weeks because its full, an there is bags of trash beside the can now. Would you please pick up the trash. I know that when one of our customer pays us to haul a car we cant just look at an pull away we will get shut down. All i want is what is being paid for.
