Country Bumpkins Ripping Off Paying Customers Off Again

After having this service for several months, the management have no control over its employees, the employees pick and choose when or if they pick up your refuse, and how much of it they want to empty.

We have gone out almost weekly to find trash left roadside which was not picked up, trash cans that were full of trash. Numerous time employees have been seen searching through our trash bags looking for more than likely personal information by ripping trash bags open then leaving the scattered garbage on the ground or bottom of the can uncollected. Calls to FDS's office to speak with their manager Ina, obviously lead no where. Also calls to you directly were never accepted.

The FDS field supervisor is as much of a problem if not the whole problem as much as its pickup collectors/drivers. This field supervisor had the nerve to tell us that even though a ripped garbage was lying in the bottom of the trash can, along with the trash that came out of the bag, it was our problem to have it removed. He stated FDS's employees were NOT responsible for taking trash cans and dumping them into trash trucks. He rattled on taking about paper bags ripping, when we don't use NOR have we ever used paper bags to collect garbage. Obviously he was looking to use some excuse to cover his rear end along with that of the collectors/drivers for their lack of performance on the job.

Your supervisor's behavior and attitude is why your drivers/collectors don't do their jobs, and also why you and your managers don't get factual information when it comes to customer complaints.

Its obvious the company condones poor employee service due to its lack of follow through and refusals to correct problems even after repeated attempts by customers to do the same.
