Customer service is awful.'Courtesy' pick up is NOT guaranteed although when they have you on the phone they make it sound like it is. At NO POINT was I told a courtesy pick up was not guaranteed. What a 'courtesy' performed... Not. Ridiculous. The garbage guy picked up one bag which was overweight, didn't take it, and then didn't bother to take ANY OF THE OTHER BAGS! Seriously? IF I can pick up the bags (female, 115#), then certainly HE CAN!?
And I don't even get a credit on my bill for their lack of responsiveness.
