My debit card was charged with no reason

Hi,
I tried to make payment with my debit card for a flight and the debit card was rejected, but seems like Travelocity managed to charge a 360 baht fee (about 10 USD or so)... I didn't know it and tried 3 times, so I have been charged that amount 3 times for no result!!! Please refund that money to me, thanks
