Travelocity flight review

I will NEVER book a flight with travelocity ever again. They are such a scam. Tried to charge me 1,900 dollars to change my flight!!! They try to charge you 180 to change your flight and then they want you to pay a 30 dollar 'travelocity' fee on top of that plus what the difference is for your other flight. Are these people out of their minds??? I called in 3 times in one night trying to change my reservation and EVERY time they told me something different. How does it make sense to take two 170 dollar one way flights and make them into a total of 1,900 dollars to change, Beyond ridiculous. They should not be in business.
