Citibank
Questionable Mail

Business & Finance

Yesterday, 09 March I received a flyer in the mail from Custeromer Service Center, P.O. Box 44155, Jacksonville, FL 32231-4166. After opening the flyer, I found the following: Regarding your account ending in #. There is a paragraph stating Notice of Change in Terms of Your Card Agreement, effective 02 April a paragraph stating changes entitled Variable Annual Percentage Rates for Purchases and Cash Advances, a paragraph regarding Over-The-Credit-Line Fee, a paragraph regarding Late Fee.

The last paragraph is entitled Non-Acceptance Instructions and states that I must notify them in writing by 25 May stating non-acceptance and must include my name, address, and account number and mail the same to Customer Service Center, P.O. Box 44121, Jacksonville, Florida 32231-4121.
I checked my credit cards and not only do I find no Citibank card, I find no card with an account number ending in the digits at the top. The postage paid mark on the front of the flyer Shows U.S. Postage Paid, Citibank. I really don't want to write to anyone and ask them why they sent this to me. I worry that acknowledgement of this would possibly result in charges to an account I know nothing about.
Has anyone else received this information?
