Ripoff I was so amazed to find out that there's so many people who's had the terrible experience with Aurora loan

From the start, they were so sneaky & dishonest. How dare of them to take hard earning money from nice people like us & others. It was hard to believe at first that they were cheating us in very ovious way. Like they keep posting the late fees even though the payment was there on time.

When I ask them what's the heck going on, they always told me to just ignore it & they'll fix'm. But then they've sent us some letters of warning of the foreclouse & stuff! And they never fixed the late charge error & I got tired of calling them & telling them the same old s*t! And then, there's this escrow account things & They got the insurance even we already had one & charged us like 4-5 times of fee for the insurance.

My husband & I were going crazy taking turn calling them to fix things. One more thing, I thought our loan didn't have the pre-payment & all the negative stuffs but now I'm not sure. Maybe they tricked us that, too. Even my mother in law try to find out what was going on since she couldn't believe that the big company would cheat us, such sneaky & dirty way. Well, they did & trying to get away with it. I say, No way Jose, They have to pay for our pain & suffering that they caused. They made billions of money cheating us. They call that a business.
