Ripoff company charging uneeded PMI and late fees

Aurora Loan Services charged me for Fire Insurance that was already included in my association fee! They took my escrow account and charged me for insurance I already had! They claimed they needed proof of insurance and when they received it they had increased my mortgage payment and then charged me a late fee.

They called me at work to collect on my deliquent payment and when I informed them of their error—they said I had to notify their insurance company to get my mortgage payment corrected! I'm fed up with this mess!

I'm going to refinance again just to get rid of this bogus company! If there are any lawyers out there—Can I sue them for wrecking my credit??
