Mortage Scam, Dishonest, Will not work with us about to forclose on our home. Ripoff

I believe Aurora Loan Services is a preditory lender. We bought our house in 2003 with Mila Inc. They then sold our loan to Aurora. Since then we have tried to refinance numerous times. We have had no luck.

Aurora has done a lot of things to try to keep from helping us. First thing is that they have held payments, waited till after they were late to apply to our loan, then we have had numerous hardships in our life (my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer, after he recovered from that he returned to work only to be in a terrible accident, where he damaged his knee and is unable to work. Then on top of all that he had a severe stroke in January of But still have tried to mantain our house payment. He is currently still unable to work and we are doing the best that we can.

Aurora had sent a letter to us stating that they would help us if we wrote a hard ship letter, fax and mail medical documents tax forms and a bunch of other things.
We did everything that Mike Flowers told us to do but, he said he was not recieving things that we had sent we would resend and then he would ask for something else.
It seems to me that he wasjust giving us the run around.

About after 4 weeks of coraspondance he said to us that it would cost us more for him to help us because we did not make enough for him to even work with us.
