Aurora Loan Services bought our loan and instatnly we had no escrow and were delinquent, why do they want our house?

I was shocked to find all of the other reports. I wish my loan had never been sold to this company. When they bought our loan we had made the same payments for three years and our taxes and insurance were paid without problem.

Suddenly we are getting letters from the insurance company that we did not pay and then they ware giving us their insurance for three times the cost! We refused and they paid our insurance carrier but now our escrow is negative. They added two hundred for a year to bring it current! Where did the money go from our payment?

We are at 8.875 interest, and they will not refinance or help us in any way. I am school teacher and when we had our baby last year I had no maternity leave. It eneded up costing us 10,000 of my yearly salary. Needless to say we got behind a couple of payments. Aurora then raised our payments another two hundred (now double our original payment) to catch up. We were able to pay double house payments for 5 months. We are now trying to do a one time FHA loan to bring us current and catch up escrow (which is somehow still 1000 delinquent).

I do not know how this happened to our escrow. We were always able to make our normal payment without problems. Our modest home needs work but we can't afford to improve due to the endless money it seems we are giving them!!! Any ideas! They show us so delinquent (even though last six DOUBLE payments were on time) that no other companies will touch us. Help!!!
