Aurora Loan Services tried to collect extra escrow of more than a 350 amonth. If I did not pay I would be late., CO 80124

I originally financed my home with a different company, but my mortgage was sold to Aurora Loan Services. Every since then it's been a night mare. I bought my home in February everything was going fine I had a payments of 674/ a month. Not long after my loan was purchased by Aurora Loan Services I began having problems my payment went from 674 to 980 a month. Aurora loan services sent me a bill of 980. I have called at least 10 times to figure out how to fix this problem. They claim I owed more for county tax. I contacted my local tax office that gave me proof that my taxes haven't changed since I purchased the house. I then faxed that to Aurora, and then realized they gave me the wrong fax number. I called and called and was put on hold for hours then hung up on after I got someone. Finally after going through that for a couple days I finally was able to contact someone to get the right fax number. So they told me everything was okay, they cleared that up and my note should be back at 674 after I first pay the 980 if I didn't pay that, I would be late if I sent my payment of 674. They told me they couldn't refund my money they coule only put the extra I sent against the principle. So okay I couldn't do anything so I went along with that. Here it is another month I receive another letter stating that my note has gone back to 980, because I didn't pay the insurance when my insurance is part of my payment already. I contacted my insurance company to get proof that my insurance has been paid, so I faxed them over and contacted the company. I called about this situation and they were rude, when I called them. Lied to me over and over and changed the rules as it went on. I could actually hear the people in the background of the conversation telling the person that I was on the phone to tell me things. Resulting in this back and forth phone conversation in regards to my account, the mysteriously cut off. I'm still trying to get to the bottom of this as I post this message.
