Defrauded by Aurora Loan Servicing

I make my monthly mortgage payment to Aurora Loan Services via online banking from my bank. I time my payment to arrive during the grace period because of my payroll schedule. The payment is delinquent if posted after the 16th of the month. I am very upset to discover that Aurora Loan Services did not pull and post my electronic payment until the 17th of the month so that they could defraud me out of a "late payment fee". The payment was transmitted electronically to them from my bank 4 days prior to them posting, at the same time the funds were pulled from my account and not available to me. I contacted them and provided them with the banking electronic transmission information and they still refused to remove the late charge. I feel that I have been defrauded by them and would like to pursue restitution, anyone else? We can't let them get away this, just think of all the money they are making in late fee's by posting the payment late.
