Ripoff They bought my home loan, changed all the terms and conditions on it, I contacted them about 20 times, been told it fixed but it is not yet The company is a nightmare!

Aurora bought my home loan from American Gold Mortgage. Since the first month I had a problems with them. First they changed my interest rate on the second mortgage from %8.25 to %8.5, it took them a while to fix it. My payment on the second is $202.84 it is 30 due in 15 bollon.

After about 4 months they start sending me letters that I need to send extra money in for escrow account. I contacted them by phone, sent them letters and faxes, called them and told them that I don't want the escrow account, of course i was told that it will be fixed.

They kept sending me letters that I am short and I need to make an extra payment. Today I got the letter from them saying that they are going to foreclose on me and I need to contact the HUD department.

The company is a nightmare. Any time I called them I was on a hold for hours. I don't understant how can they do this to me. I told them that they are not allowed to make any changes on my loan and I dont want an escrow account. My insurance and taxes are paid for a year. I don't know what to do and where to go.
